Pizza Hut in Frankfurt

Delicious

Only been there once, because of Corona it was only possible to take the food with you, but it was still very tasty even if I think it's a shame that there isn't that much vegetarian selection and the pizzas should have been a little bigger. Apart from that good! The waiting area was also very pleasantly prepared and it went quite quickly until we got our takeaway food. Even with a small child, waiting there was very pleasant.

Very slow service.

I would like to give 0 stars. Today on December 26th at around 8:00 p.m. the service staff ((Aneliya Da) is on the receipt)) at the cash register proved to me that the customer is definitely NOT the king here. Unfortunately, a precise description of the incident is too stupid for me but summarized: "The most unfriendly service we have been offered for a long time". The next time I will treat myself to a Lidl TK pizza instead of supporting this pizza hat during the Corona lockdown!

Really tasty!

Pizza didn't taste good the fresh from the oven from the freezer at the discounter tastes much much much better only costs 1/5 of the money and waiting time definitely our last visit.

Not bad pizzas but were very greasy compared to what I'm used to from Dominoes or New York Pizzas. Beautiful and richly invested.

Very unfriendly and not too common The only thing I heard while ordering was no, just as it is on the menu and nothing extra ... If there were minus stars to be awarded, it would be a -2 so unfortunately only a 1 star.

If the binge eats again, this is one of our first points of contact. You can't eat that much. Unfortunately, drinks are still earned well, a little too much for my taste. But otherwise pizza hat is old hat that has proven itself

The pizzas are good as always. There's nothing to complain about, except for the price-performance ratio, which is not quite right. But the waitress in the shop was not particularly motivated, they did their "should" but it was far from friendly. When I go to a restaurant, I want to feel good. But that was just eating.

Never again. The worst take out I have ever experienced. Half of the 2 dishes ordered by phone to be picked up were forgotten. Had to wait 15 minutes for this. The finished pizza had long since turned cold. Simply unprofessional and the service was also rude and sloppy instead of making a new pizza and disposing of the cold one. That's not how you treat guests when you expect them to come back.

We got mozzarella sticks as a starter. They came after the main course. My companion only got their food after I was ready because they had forgotten the order (only 4 tables were occupied) The staff was all very unfriendly

Very good location. Very easy to reach from all sides. Is right near the motorway exit. There is more than enough parking space available. There are also enough places available. Even in times of Corona you get a place with sufficient distance. The staff is always very nice. You don't have to wait long for your meal. Definitely my Pizza Hut favorite.

Very, very bad and unfriendly service. The food tastes like any other Pizza Hut ... The boss wanted to get rid of the children's drink he had brought with him ... ? What a shame

After 20 minutes a waitress finally came to take the order. After another 29 minutes !! then the drinks came ... WOW what an achievement. After all, the plates and cutlery had been on the table for 40 minutes by then. It seemed to me that there was far too little staff because they also had to help in the kitchen. Our meal (two of four pizzas) was there after 52 minutes. Unfortunately the starter was forgotten which again took 20 minutes. The pizza itself is standard PizzaHut standard. Sorry I cannot give more than two stars for this PizzaHut. The visit will also be my first and last in this branch. The PizzaHut at the zoo in Frankfurt is better organized by light years.

They bring us half of the order after 1 hour of delay

Pizza is delicious. Nice staff. This is the best pizzeria in Hessen?? Very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Pizza Hut actually deserved more than 5 stars I only recommend ?

It was the only place open on December 31st. The place looks like a pizzeria, the service very kind even if the waitress doesn't even speak German and there is an Indian in the kitchen. I was two weeks bad for the cheese from that pizza. Call it another way but that thing was not a pizza !!! Unfortunately, pizza hut always disappoints me.

Good variety of food and delicious desserts. Sadly It takes very long to get dessert and pretty long to get your food. But the costumer service makes up for it.

There is chicken supreme and spicy devil pizza is very tasty.

The best Pizza Hut I’ve encountered in Frankfurt so far, a modern standalone restaurant like how Pizza Huts always are in my home country. Everywhere else around here they’re usually only a small counter attached to KFC. They have a full menu set and a salad bar, it makes me feel at home to eat here.

Best Pizza-Hut in Frankfurt! Stand-alone Restaurant in the east of Frankfurt. Modern interior and a wide range of tasty pizza. If service improves, this will be worth 5 stars.

This place is always a little short of staff so expect long waits before someone looks at you to assign seats, before someone offers you menu cards, before someone cleans table and before someone takes order. Once you have ordered you will probably get good quality food if they don't forget anything like in our order and blame the kitchen people for that. Good ambience though.

Delicious pizza! But at lunchtime a lame service and kitchen. Better to come to other times. The tasty pizza does not help much. Service was very friendly and said, it was incorporated. Then just bad. Planning.

Had a Pan-Pizza with Thun-Fish, Ham, Fungi and Spinach -> wonderful Taste just as Note: if you eat the Pizza only using the Hands, you need to clean them very precisely then.

This place is huge and very fast in bringing pizza

Even the Italian style pizza is rather American here. Not exactly generous with their toppings. Service okay but did seem to feel busy despite not many diners at the time.
